Please observe the following guidelines while staying with us:
- At the latest when you start, you will provide us with your personal data, which will be recorded in the Visitor Book
- You submit a refundable deposit of CZK 15,000/residence to cover any property damage. If the object incl. the garden is handed over in good order, the amount of the deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of the stay, in the case of handover other than in person, no later than 3 days after the end of the stay. All property damage must be reported immediately so that we can replace damaged or broken items in a timely manner.
- Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited inside all buildings and in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Making a fire for the purpose of roasting is only allowed on a fire pit located on the property. After the end, it is necessary that the fire is properly extinguished.
- It is necessary to maintain order throughout the residence and the adjacent property. There is a bin for mixed waste right next to the residence. Sorted waste can be thrown away in the nearest containers directly in the village of Bublava.
- Accommodation with pets is not possible.
- Only toilet paper is allowed to be thrown into all toilets, it is forbidden to throw any other objects into all toilets. The residence is equipped with a pumped sewage system, so there could be a pump failure.
- It is strictly forbidden to feed or touch the horses that move daily in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
- The entire area is very quiet, therefore it is forbidden to play loud music, use loud musical instruments, equipment, etc. in the vicinity of the residence.
- Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., it is necessary to observe night silence around the residence.
- It is strictly forbidden to use any fireworks or similar pyrotechnics in the entire vicinity of the residence, as horses are stabled near the property.
- Parking is only possible in the parking lot. The driveway must not be blocked. It is strictly forbidden to park outside the parking lot of the residence.
- Wood is set aside for guests in the adjacent woodshed.
- In normal situations, we will certainly not deny you a three-hour visit from your friends and acquaintances, who stop by for a coffee, for example. However, it is not possible for them to spend a long time in the building. We are not doing this to restrict you in any way. However, the reason for this provision is an increase in operating costs.
- Report all defects and deficiencies to one of the listed telephone numbers and please do not repair anything yourself.
- Do not move equipment from rooms to other areas of the residence. This also applies to kitchen equipment.
- Please use the building’s outdoor facilities with regard to their purpose.
- It is not allowed to use your own electrical appliances other than shavers and massagers.
- The lessor is not responsible for the loss or damage of things brought into the house by the guest.
- Entering the building and moving around the surrounding land, garden, parking area is the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Outdoor cameras are only activated as preventive monitoring when the residence is unoccupied.
- Each accommodated guest is obliged to comply with the stated operating conditions. In the event of their violation, the lessor has the right to terminate the contracted accommodation immediately without compensation and at the same time, depending on the degree of seriousness, to reduce or retain the deposit. Below are the situations that are the reason for the immediate termination of the guest’s stay without the right to a refund of the proportional amount for the unused days of the stay and the full retention of the deposit:
- repeated violation of the Operational conditions
- unnecessary wastage of electricity and water
- one-time, particularly rude behavior of the guest towards his surroundings or towards the host
- the stay or stay of persons who have not been notified to the accommodation provider in advance, or whose stay or stay has not been approved by the accommodation provider
- repeated violations of the night’s silence
- concealment of a serious fact that could lead the accommodation provider to decide not to accommodate the guest
- inappropriate handling of musical instruments and accessories
- intentional damage or attempted damage to the object or its equipment or facilities
